At the spot where tickets for the ocean crossing to America used to be sold, you will now find Hotel New York’s authentic oyster bar, inspired on the classic bistros of Paris. The specialized oyster bar cooks in our kitchen team prepare fresh shellfish such as oysters, crab and mussels every day. Some of them are served warm – for example, half a lobster in cream sauce or clams with Pernod. Beginners may want to start with a half-dozen oysters, while more experienced gourmands can go straight for the seafood platter. A real treat with a glass of Prosecco! Our oyster bar dishes can be ordered every day from noon until 11.00 p.m.
