Exclusive rental

For groups ranging from approximately 65 to 200 people, it is possible to exclusively rent NY Basement. Only your guests will be present during the event. If your group is smaller, we are happy to discuss tailored options with you.

A private rental could be ideal for occasions such as a networking event, a wedding reception followed by dinner and a party, your company’s annual Christmas gala, or any other large group dinner.

Reception

You and your guests are welcome at the longest bar in Rotterdam (11 meters!). During your guests’ arrival, we can serve a variety of drinks and appetizers.

Whether it’s a delightful bubbly, a welcome cocktail, or simply whatever the guests prefer, we’ve got you covered.

This can be arranged as a fixed package or on a post-calculation basis.

Diner

For exclusive venue rentals, we offer the option of a sit-down dinner for up to 125 guests. For larger groups, we can arrange a walking dinner, suitable for up to 200 guests.

Our venue is perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings, with service and quality as our top priorities.

Party

NY Basement is the perfect venue for an unforgettable party night in Rotterdam. Starting from 65 guests, we create a lively atmosphere on the dance floor, accommodating up to 200 guests for a customized celebration. In addition to the dance floor, we can also provide ample seating upon request.

Many parties at NY Basement opt for themes such as “Great Gatsby” or “The Roaring ’20s.”

NY Basement works with a few regular partners who frequently perform at our venue. These trusted acts know the acoustics of our location inside out and ensure an optimal experience.

The costs for entertainment can be fully arranged through NY Basement. This includes the fee for the entertainment as well as any extras such as drinks, meals, parking fees, and dressing room rental
