NY Basement clearly has its own style and presentation to distinguish it from Hotel New York’s regular restaurant. For example, on our menu – which often features seasonal ingredients – you will find charcoal-grilled meat dishes. And then there is the option to let our Chef surprise you with fourn five or six tasty courses – you decide.
People who like to get creative will also be happy at NY Basement. It is possible to compose your own meal from the various (side-dish sized) dishes on our menu. And that’s not all. We serve delicious appetisers to enjoy at the bar as a snack or before your sit-down meal. Be sure to try our superb wines! And how about a dessert accompanied by dessert wine, or perhaps a cup of coffee or tea, or even a delicious cocktail as the finishing touch to your meal?
